Cancellation & Polices
Signature Nail Package appointments during evening hours are available from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Sunday appointments are available from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. All evening and Sunday package appointments require at least 48 hours’ advance booking and must be pre-booked. A deposit is required to reserve your selected appointment time. As Meici Nails & Beauty Spa provides one-on-one appointments, your time is set aside exclusively for you and is no longer available for another client to book once the deposit is received. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For rescheduling, please contact us as early as possible and, whenever possible, provide 3–5 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. If you would like to use a WaySpa gift card, please book our individual regular services instead. Our Signature Nail Packages already include a special discounted price and cannot be combined with WaySpa gift cards, promotions, discounts, or other offers. For any questions, inquiries, or unexpected situations regarding your appointment, please contact us directly by phone or text as soon as possible.
