Cancellation & Polices
Signature Nail Package appointments are available daily from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM and can be booked online. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For rescheduling, please contact us as early as possible and, whenever possible, provide 3–5 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. If you would like to use a WaySpa gift card, please book our individual regular services instead. Our Signature Nail Packages already include a special discounted price and cannot be combined with WaySpa gift cards, other packages with discounts, promotions, offers, or additional discounts.
