Cancellation & Polices
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us by phone or text for any changes, including late arrival. As all services are one-on-one mobile appointments, punctuality is important. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling depending on availability. All services are prepared in advance based on your booking. Nail art design and gel colour selections must be chosen before your appointment so we can bring exactly what is needed. Only a limited selection of gel colours (usually 3–5 options) will be brought, and changes on the day may be limited. Travel availability and fees depend on your Ontario location and will be confirmed before booking.
