Cancellation & Polices
All Akzéntz® Certificate Classes require advance booking, and full payment must be completed before or on the day of your class. Once payment is received, your instructor is reserved exclusively for you. Once a nail class has been purchased and a nail kit has been ordered, it is non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations will result in your spot being released and must be rescheduled for the next available time. Please arrive on time and maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Meici Nails Education reserves the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting the learning environment. All necessary materials are provided unless otherwise specified, and safety, hygiene, and proper handling of tools and products are strictly enforced. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course. Shipping Information (Canada) For classes that include kits or shipped materials, shipping is arranged after registration is confirmed.
