Cancellation & Polices
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, so we can offer the spot to another client. Please contact us directly by phone or text to cancel, reschedule, or you know you'll be late. Since every appointment is one-on-one, a late arrival may mean a shorter service time to stay on schedule for the next client.
