Booking & Cancellation Policy (Direct + Online)​

One-on-One Appointments

All services at Meici Nails & Beauty Spa Inc. are one-on-one appointments, reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to receive your full service. Additional services may require extra time and incur additional charges.

Direct Booking (Phone, Text, Email)

For direct bookings (phone, text, email), a 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment time, and deposits are non-refundable. If you do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your appointment may be released to the next client and must be rescheduled for the next available time, subject to availability. Each appointment requires 1–3 hours of preparation and set-up by your technician prior to your scheduled time. When you book, your technician is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring their time is not left with an empty spot.

Online Booking

For online bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking, and payments are non-refundable. Online bookings may be automatically confirmed by the system or manually confirmed by our staff. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be released to the next client and must be rescheduled for the next available time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or adjusted appointment, and the full service fee may still apply.

Gel Polish & Gel Service Coverage

• Gel Polish removal is included if applied at our salon; additional charge applies for removal from other salons.

• Gel / Gel Polish services include one complimentary repair within one week for service defects.

• Repair requests must be made within one week of service, either by phone, text, or email.
