​- Last minute cancellations and "No-shows" leave our nail technician with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment time. ​

 

- Pleased be advised that to cancel appointment we require at least 24 hours notice ahead.

- Additional services require extra time and service costs.

 

- Shellac removal are included when your shellac was done at our salon, additional charge applies for shellac removal if shellac was done by other salon.

​

- Our Shellac/ Gel service includes one complementary repair within one week from service for defects.​​
