Custom Nail Art Order Process
Receive Your Custom Nail Art
1. Browse our Instagram and choose a Meici Nails nail-art design that you love.
Please send us the photo or screenshot of the design you would like to order.
One design/set per order request.
2. Design your order with our online order picker or send us a picture for a quote for the customize design.
Based on the design you selected, we will review the details and provide you with a custom design price.
The price may vary depending on the complexity, number of colours, hand-painted details, layers, textures, and 3D elements involved.
3. Design Confirmation & Payment
If you are happy with the quoted price, we will prepare a design sketch/mock-up for confirmation when additional design planning is required.
We will discuss and confirm the details with you before proceeding.
Once the design and price have been confirmed and payment has been received, your order will be scheduled for production.
4. Shipping / Pickup
We will request your shipping information or local pickup details and arrange your order accordingly.
Additional shipping fee will apply.
Color and Custom Nail Art Notes
Original Meici Nails Designs
We create and offer our own Meici Nails designs. We do not reproduce customer-provided designs or offer exact recreations of other artists' work.
Sold as a Complete Set
Custom nail art is created as a complete nail set. Individual single nails are not available for custom production.
Mixing Multiple Designs
You may request a combination of different Meici Nails designs.
Because combining multiple designs may require additional planning and production time, the price may be higher. We will review your selections and let you know whether the designs can be combined successfully.
Special Custom Designs
We can also create special custom designs that are not currently shown in our collection.
For special occasions, celebrations, or specific themes, we can discuss a custom concept and create a design specifically for your request.
Additional design fees will apply depending on the complexity of the requested design.

Pricing is based on the complexity and amount of work required for each design.
Fully Hand-Painted Nail Art
Starting from approximately CAD $130+ per set
3D Nail Art
Starting from approximately CAD $175+ per set
Solid Color
1 Color - $65 CAD/ Set
Choose one color from our Color & Selection Gallery.
Color Combination
Up to 5 Colors - $75 CAD/ Set
Create your own color combination by selecting up to 5 colors from our Color & Selection Gallery.
Whether you choose 2, 3, 4, or 5 colors, the price remains $75 per set.
Final pricing will be quoted based on the selected design.
A design may look simple at first glance but still require multiple layers, detailed painting, color blending, texture, or finishing techniques. The price reflects the time, materials, detail, and craftsmanship required to create the finished set.
Please Note: Some designs require multiple layers and detailed hand-painting to achieve the final look. The visual simplicity of a design does not always reflect the amount of work involved.
Reusability
The press on nails when carefully removed and stored carefully at room temperature should last 3-4 months. When removed carefully according in our instructions, the nails can be reused 3-5 times.
Hand-Crafted & Hand-Painted
Our nail art is hand-crafted and hand-painted, and each set is individually created.
With our hand-crafted nail sets, slight differences are part of the beauty of hand-crafted and handmade nail art.

Final product may be slightly different from proposed design, once the nails are complete no changes are accepted and no refunds will be offered.
