Cancellation Policy
All services at Meici Nails & Beauty Spa Inc. are one-on-one appointments, reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to receive your full service, as additional services may require extra time and incur additional charges. For direct bookings (phone, text, or email) and online bookings, which are manually confirmed by our staff, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your appointment time. When you book, your technician is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring their time is not left with an empty spot. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your appointment may be released to the next client and must be rescheduled for the next available time, subject to availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or adjusted appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
